Outdoor tank exhibition Waffenplatz Thun, entrance Dufourkaserne
Panzer 58, Close combat gun, Centurion,T-34, T-54, Sherman, M-48, Panzer IV, Panther are just some of the vehicles. Rare prototypes and experimental vehicles of the Swiss Army, as well as foreign vehicles procured after the war as study objects or donated by friendly states are exhibited outdoor.
The exhibition of vehicles is freely accessible and does not requirea prior registration. Iif in doubt, please contact the guard at the entrance to the Dufour barracks or call 058 468 31 93.
The exhibition is currently being dismantled, but can still be visited (Further information in German).
