Visits

Please note:

• Our collections is open to visitors by guided groups with a minimum size of 6 persons.
• Individuals could join a registered groups
• The duration of the tours according to your requirements is approx. 2 – 3 hours
• We do not do guided tours on Sundays
• Please ask for a tour at least 2 weeks in advance, tours on short notice may not be possible.
• The Thun site is not fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.

In Thun we exhibit
Uniforms and headgear / badges / weapons and ammunition (Temporarily no visit possible) / artillery / horse tack/ lighting equipment/ Survey- and optical instruments / regulations / supplies- and kitchen utensils / army office and postal service supplies / medical supplies / armoured vehicle

In Burgdorf we exhibit
Tanks / armoured personel carriers / self-propelled howitzers / heavy equipment / light utility vehicles and trailers / trucks / snowploughs / motorcycles / bicycles / horse-drawn wagons/fourgons / boats
